Q: What can I do if I forget my Login Name?
A: Please contact the SDT Program Co-ordinator using the ‘Contact Us’ page.

Q: Can I change the starting dates for Phases and Key Considerations?
A: No, this is beyond the scope of this program version. The starting dates are set when you enter the SDT Program Reference Date as part of your SDT Registration - the program uses that date to calculate when each Phase and Key Consideration should be started.

If you need your Program Reference Date reset, you will need to contact the SDT Program Co-ordinator using the ‘Contact Us’ page. Please provide the new Start Date required, including your full details and your SDT Login Username.

Q: What should I do if starting dates are already past?
A: Key Considerations have a ‘Comments’ field where you can enter your own information – you could make a note of your own starting date there. If you are too far from the dates the interactive Online SDT provides, you may find the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet version of the SDT is better for you as it can be more thoroughly modified.
